“We are seeing an influx of these illegal migrants. They are tasking our social service system. They are tasking our hotels; they are being supported in Rikers Island, being put up in Flloyd Bennet Field. They are being bussed out of the city to Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess County. And my opponent, Pat Ryan, he was the Ulster County Executive and made Ulster County a sanctuary county and refused to cooperate with [ Immigration and Customs Enforcement] ICE.

This is a real big problem. The Biden Administration, can’t get away from it, Pat Ryan can’t get away from it, our people are suffering. The government’s number one job is to protect its people, and they are failing miserably right here.
