GOSHEN, NY – Alison Esposito, a 25-year veteran of the New York Police Department (NYPD), former candidate for Lieutenant Governor, and Candidate for Congress in New York’s 18th Congressional District, spent the week campaigning across the district to spread the word about her campaign. On Saturday, February 17, 2024, Alison attended a Chinese New Year celebration in Otisville, New York, where she welcomed the Year of the Dragon with members of the Asian Community.

Later that day, Alison made a stop at the Middletown Firearm and Knife Show. She has been a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and met with various law-abiding gun owners.  

On Monday, February 19, 2024, Alison campaigned and met with eight local Republican Committees in Dutchess County. She spoke to the committees of the towns of Clinton, Hyde Park, Pleasant Valley, North East, Pine Plains, Stanford, and Washington.

On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, she attended the Dutchess County Republican Committee Convention where she was unanimously nominated as the county’s candidate for Congress in New York’s 18th Congressional District.

Alison concluded her week by meeting with the Amenia, Dover, Lagrange, and Unionvale Republican Committees.
